How to submit a notice
If you believe content on OurMealPrep infringes your copyright, email our designated copyright agent at support@ourmealprep.com with the subject line “DMCA Takedown Notice.” We respond to valid notices promptly.
For your notice to be valid under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c), it must include each of these:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is being infringed.
- Identification of the infringing material with enough detail for us to find it (a direct URL on ourmealprep.com works best).
- Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the right being infringed.
- Your physical or electronic signature.

If your content was removed and you believe the takedown was a mistake or misidentification, you can submit a counter-notice to the same email. Your counter-notice must include the elements required under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g), including a statement under penalty of perjury and your consent to jurisdiction.
Repeat infringers
We terminate accounts that repeatedly post infringing content, consistent with our obligations under § 512(i).
Misuse warning
Knowingly making material misrepresentations in a takedown notice or counter-notice can result in liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f). Don't submit a notice unless you actually believe the content infringes your rights.
