How to report copyrighted material on OurMealPrep

How to submit a notice

If you believe content on OurMealPrep infringes your copyright, email our designated copyright agent at support@ourmealprep.com with the subject line “DMCA Takedown Notice.” We respond to valid notices promptly.

For your notice to be valid under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c), it must include each of these:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is being infringed.
  2. Identification of the infringing material with enough detail for us to find it (a direct URL on ourmealprep.com works best).
  3. Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  4. A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the right being infringed.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-notification

If your content was removed and you believe the takedown was a mistake or misidentification, you can submit a counter-notice to the same email. Your counter-notice must include the elements required under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g), including a statement under penalty of perjury and your consent to jurisdiction.

Repeat infringers

We terminate accounts that repeatedly post infringing content, consistent with our obligations under § 512(i).

Misuse warning

Knowingly making material misrepresentations in a takedown notice or counter-notice can result in liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f). Don't submit a notice unless you actually believe the content infringes your rights.
